In order to interact with websites running on the Live Elements Enterprise platform, you will likely either be invited by Live Elements Clients or be required to register for the site/community, or both, depending on the website. During registration you may be required to give information including your name, email address, zip code and additional contact or personal information.
Although the particular Live Elements Client (the sponsor organization managing the website and/or community where you have submitted personal information) will have access to your personal/contact information, and Live Elements does not have any control of how Live Elements Clients may use or share personal information, Live Elements will not share your personal/contact information with any other organization or companies under any circumstance, within the limits of the law.
Many Live Elements Clients use Live Elements Enterprise to create and manage social networking communities that connect people through programs, personal connections and shared interests. If you are a member of one of these communities, you may have the opportunity to create a profile, which can contain personal information. As a Community member, you will likely also have the opportunity to share other personal information in other parts such as chatting with other Community users, posting items on bulletin boards, blogging, sharing photos, and other interactive opportunities. Other Community members can view this information; however the information may not be archived in the system. Please be aware that any information you post in these environment has the potential to be seen by other people in the community as well as other users of the site. Any personally identifying information that is posted is your responsibility and may result in unsolicited messages from unknown people. Live Elements takes no responsibility for information posted onto sites and/or communities running on our product platform or implemented by Live Elements staff. If you find anything posted on website/communities running on the Live Elements Enterprise platform to be inappropriate, please send details about the posting, including the page on which you saw it and the URL in an email to the support email listed in the Privacy Policy posted on the site and/or community where this information resides.
If at any point you receive an email directly from Live Elements as a result of your participation or inclusion in some user list regarding a website and/or community, and do not wish to not receive any further emails, you may email your request to info@liveelements.net.
Live Elements has no control of how our clients may use or share their site/community user’s personal information, so please see the respective privacy policies of individual Live Elements Clients, which will individually define how they govern their websites/communities, how they handle your personal information, what their respective customer support policies are, what their respective information sharing policies are, what their respective ‘opt out’ policies are, and what their policies are in regard to log files, cookies, advertisers, third-parties and partners, security, terms and conditions, business transitions, and other privacy-related concerns.
